The Iron Man I Love You 3000 – A Quick Review

If you are someone who has not seen the Iron Man films, I highly recommend that you catch up, because I want to show you how much fun they are. Don’t worry, I won’t tell you what the movie is really about or spoil it for you, just relax and enjoy. Let’s start with the first scene, where Dr. Bruce Banner is at work in a research center while Tony Stark tries to get into the facility. He is stopped at gunpoint by The Mandarin.

After a brief scuffle, The Mandarin reveals that he knows of a cure for a disease called Chitauri which killed his parents and destroyed New Manhattan many years ago. With this information he offers Tony a chance to escape and steal the formula, which also contains a serum that will turn The Hulk into a human. This serum is one of the reasons that The Mandarin has come to New York. So Tony agrees and starts to run away with The Mandarin’s help, as The Hulk distracts The Mandarin long enough for Tony to blast him and throw him out a window. I guess the window hit the floor. Not very realistic, but it was still funny!

As the pair escaped, The Hulk pursued them but was taken down a couple of times. Finally, as they are nearing their final confrontation, The Mandarin strikes again only to be thrown out a window. As The Hulk regains control of his body, he is able to throw The Hulk through the window. That was a lot of action for one screen. It just goes to show how impressive the special effects were on this movie.

Now we come to the end of the film, and it just happens to be one of the most touching parts of the entire film. The Mandarin tries to kill Tony but is taken down yet again. Finally, he realizes that he has no chance of winning, so he goes back inside and shuts himself away. Tony, however, quickly follows and finds The Mandarin lying dead. Apparently, he was trying to watch over Tony while he healed, which made him forget about his death. This was an amazing scene!

Overall, this movie was a huge success. The fighting, action, and overall drama were excellent. It just goes to show how great Iron Man has become since the first movie. I would have loved to see more of the story, but the end is already great.

This Iron Man review ends with a simple message: if you are a fan of the Marvel franchise, you owe it to yourself to see this movie. If you haven’t seen the first one, you owe it to yourself to see the second one, as well. Trust me, you won’t regret it. After all, isn’t that what movies are for? To entertain us? Go see the Iron Man I Love You 3000 this weekend!
