Marvel Comics Iron Man – The Movie Sequel to The MCU

Iron Man is one of the more exciting films of the year. This Marvel Comics production from Marvel is worth the time and money to see. It’s not just the story line that makes this movie great, it’s the overall tone. There is humor, heartache, action and drama. If you enjoy the comic book world, this movie will thrill you from start to finish.

The first scene of Iron Man sees Tony Stark (ironically played by Robert Downey Jr.) working on a weapons project. He wears a rough around the edges industrial suit that reveals a metal arm. His hair is a crew cut short, his clothes are worn. His weapon is an old Chinese firecracker. His hair is wavy, not shaggy as it would be in modern day, and has a mustache that is straight yet still sharp.

The Mandarin is the Mandarin, the terrorist who orchestrated the terrorist attacks on New York. The Mandarin plans to blow up the American military base at Normandy Beach in WWII. He has been told that the Americans are using bio-weapons and chemical warfare. To prevent this, he sends his operatives to America to get the information he needs. One of the operatives is a man named Tony Stark who happens to be working on a contract as a metal worker for a company in Australia.

When he goes over the agreed contract and finds that the job entails using iron for a part, he gets angry. He tells the Mandarin that he has no intentions of obeying this demand. The Mandarin tells him that if Tony does not stop working for him, he will have to start using force to do so. Tony tells the Mandarin that he will make sure that the American soldiers do not come back from the beaches without him. As the fight continues, Tony gets angry and releases his metal friend, Iron Man.

The movie ends with Tony Stark flying away in an airplane. We later find out that Tony built the new Iron Man suit for himself. The suit is actually a reconstruction of another Iron Man suit which was used by Pepper Potts. Tony Stark then has his own organization, Iron Man Inc. This company also makes its own weapons and armor. It is here where you will see the costume made for Anthony Stark.

There are many other minor characters that appears in the movie, most notably Dr. Curt Connor (Lance Rockey), Throwing Stone (efully played by Eric Bana), General James Howlett (Philip Seymour Hoffman) and Chinese waiter. There is one major character who cannot be missed and that is Pepper Potts. She plays the character called Hope Summers, who has the ability to telepathically communicate with other people. But, when the Mandarin shows up, she tries to reason with him, but he has no mercy on those who oppose him. In the end, Hope realizes that it is only fitting that she kill Tony Stark, who has taken over as director of the company.
