Iron Man Armor is a fictional exoskeleton resembling inorganic steel armor worn by super hero Tony Stark in contemporary American comic books produced by Marvel Comics and is predominantly used by comic book hero Tony Stark when he assumes the identity of Iron Man. However, in real life, Iron Man armor is made from organic metals like aluminum and carbon alloys that can resist high level impacts and are virtually indestructible, particularly if they are made with extreme stress-defiant materials like titanium and carbon fiber. The armor grants its user great strength, speed and power, making him capable of handling any enemy attacks. It is built on the theory of electromagnetic induction that grants its user a kind of controlled force field, making them capable of defeating even energy-based attack methods like laser beams and high-energy laser blasts. It can also withstand bullets, projectiles and other such energy-based attacks and serves as a highly advanced component of the user’s natural bioelectricity powered repulsion system.

The origins of this metal armor can be traced back to the development of the radiation generator known as the Arc Welding machine. This process was first practiced on the human body during World War II as a means of protecting the soldiers from nuclear weapons that were being launched at the time. This method involved a large amount of radiation exposure which resulted in the production of free radicals that literally ate away at the skin and exposed their internal structures to radiation. Due to this physiological condition, soldiers began developing wounds and lesions that were a perfect breeding ground for more serious biological attacks. This concept then transferred into the construction of the Iron Man suit, where it was used to better protect its users from such hazardous health conditions.

However, the very features of this bioelectric armor that renders it a valuable asset in battle was largely owing to its highly limited mobility. This armor can only be worn two hands above the heart level and is encased in a protective outer shell that prevents the user from leaving this armor while walking. This limiting feature makes this armor very difficult to use in close quarter combat situations where one must be as mobile as possible in order to get the skills they need. Despite this obvious handicap, this form of armor has seen an increase in use in the military and law enforcement forces due to the extreme advantages it provides.
